SQUADRON LOCATION
254 is located in the village of Aberdare, 20 miles north of the Welsh capital Cardiff. We are one of two Squadrons within the former Cynon Valley County Borough, 1184 (Mountain Ash) Squadron being the other.
The Squadron itself is located at Gadlys Pit Car Park (Top car park behind the Library)

We are one of 26 units within No 1 Welsh Wing.
As well as being part of No 1 Welsh Wing, we are located within the Wales and West region of the Air Cadet Organisation. Our regional headquarters are located at DCAE Cosford, near Wolverhampton.
