Sqn History:
Previously a cadet of 1184 (Mountain Ash) Squadron back in the 80's. After a long spell away from the Air Cadet Organisation he joined 254 (Aberdare) Squadron as a Civilian Instructor in 2004.
Due to his profession as a Senior Health and Safety Consultant he was appointed Wing Health and Safety Officer in 2005, he moved to the uniform roll and was commissioned into the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserves RAFVR(T) in 2006.
He was presented with a Commendation by Officer Commanding No 1 Welsh Wing in 2007 for his commitment and professionalism for his Squadron and Wing rolls.
He was appointed Officer Commanding 254 (Aberdare) Squadron in 2008. |
