FLIGHT STRUCTURE

but there can only be one victor

The Squadron structure has changed and is has been divided in two, Hurricane and Spitfire Flight during each month both compete against each other in various activities including drill, sport, uniform, attendance, quizzes etc. The war will be fierce as both flights want victory.

The Inter-Flight Wars are used to promote further team work and communication between members of each flight, promote competition within the Squadron and increase the effectiveness of each flight due to pressure from competitions, other flight members and flight leaders.

The Inter-Flight Wars challenge every one too not only improve their skills, but also to introduce new skills to flight members.

Points Scale 

Uniform 

Random Inspection                    -           Marks out of 50 per cadet (-5 Points for each fault)
 

Attendance 

Per night (on time)                     -           3 points per cadet
Per night (late)                           -           2 point per cadet
AWOL                                      -           -2 points per cadet
Full Flight attendance                 -           75 points bonus per flight

Good behaviour bonus                -           20 points per flight for no discipline problems
